One Pearl Bank penthouse is sold. Reaches 100% sale
One Pearl Bank by CapitaLand is now fully sold. This was marked by the sale of the last penthouse. The development features four penthouse units. The final unit is a spacious 2,788 square feet residence located on the 38th-floor. It was sold for $7 million or $2,547 per sq.ft.
The majority of the buyers in this penthouse are Singaporeans, indicating that the country is the main interest for the property.
CapitaLand acquired the Pearl Bank Apartments 99-year leasehold in an enbloc deal for $728 Million in February 2018. The new Pearl’s Hill landmark will be taller and more impressive than the previous Pearl Bank Apartments.
One Pearl Bank is the tallest residential building in Singapore’s Central area, the Outram Chinatown district.

One Pearl Bank sold its units at an average price per square foot of $2753. The price range for the units was $2,430-$3,009 per sq. ft.
The project can be reached in five minutes by foot from the new Outram Park MRT Station. CapitaLand plans to build a walkway that will protect you from bad weather.

The 774-unit twin-39-storey development on Pearl’s Hill was designed by Serie+Multiply. This joint venture is a collaboration between Multiply Architects of Singapore and Serie Architects from London.
